Hey hon! I’m sorry this took a while to get to.. I do hope today’s been slightly better than usual. I’m also sorry that depression and anxiety have been winning all your battles recently… but I want you to remember how lovely you are and how amazing it is that you’re still in the fight! I bet it’s been hard, but it’s so admirable that you keep going and keep fighting.
Perhaps to take your mind off of it all, you could do some happy but distracting things. Has your talent carried onto this life? You could play piano! Or try and learn! Or if you’re good at another instrument or prefer to sing- do that! Or perhaps you just like to listen. Listening to music is fun too! Whatever you do, I hope it lightens your mood and cheers you up.
